HEY, I’M ISAAC POHLMAN
My health journey began at 15 when dreams of playing collegiate soccer were interrupted by serious health challenges. Overtraining led to a gastroparesis diagnosis—a condition linked with type 1 diabetes, though I didn’t have it at the time. Fast forward to grad school, I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, a turning point that ignited my passion for helping others with blood sugar issues.
